Providing long and short-term therapy in Edinburgh
I offer a consistent, confidential space to think about your experience at your own pace. You might come with something specific, or with longstanding difficulties in your relationships, your sense of yourself, or the way you experience the world.
Rather than following a fixed programme, each session begins with what feels most immediate. Attention is paid not only to what is said, but also to gaps, moments of stuckness, bodily sensations and dynamics that might emerge in the room.
This way of working is particularly suited to people who are curious about their inner life or are struggling with the discomfort of not knowing why they suffer.
I have worked with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, navigating a range of difficulties, from persistent anxiety to sudden changes in circumstance. My approach is particularly suited to people whose difficulties centre around their relationship with themselves and others, including low self-esteem, body image concerns, identity, and fears of abandonment or enmeshment.

I charge £60 per 50 minute session, for both online and in-person therapy. I invoice at the end of the month and collect payment via direct transfer. I can also accept cash session by session.
